Hotel

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Polaris. Simply use the group code RUB when making a reservation. You can do it by either calling the hotel directly at (614) 885-8400, calling Hampton's main number at 800-HAMPTON or through the website.

Room rates per night are $129 for Studio Suites and $109 for Standard rooms (includes Kings and Doubles based upon availability). The cutoff date for these reservations is July 25th. After that, they will extend us the discounted rate based upon availability.
